movie "War Horse"
My favorite movie is "War Horse", it's about a poor teenage boy and his beloved horse during the world war I, after his horse was forced to sell to the military and the teenager volunteered to join the army on frontline. They experienced difficult and different journey during the service time. When the end of war he found his horse and took him home. It's a very touching film about love, peace and directed by Steven Spielberg.

My Road to Workout
My Road to Workout
When I was young, I eat more but workout less,
because I didn’t like workout, I didn’t like sweat, till one day I dressed up
in front of mirror. O M G~ WHAT! There’s a little bit of fat squeezed out from
my small size t-shirt, no, no, no~ I’m not ready for medium size yet, and I got
to do something and fix it, then I Google right the way, got it~ Workout is a good
way, fortunately a new gym opened near my office, then I took noon time break and
walked in the gym to signed for a membership. My road to workout launched.
Since then I show up in gym every I get off
work no matter early or late, as a new member, I tried to experience every
course in order to find out which I like, First of all, these all new
activities for me were interesting, I think I love it, that beyond all my expectation,
and not just for body shape, most because of that’s fun, and embrace the sweat
is great.
My favorite class is “Body Balance”. A serialize
of course base on yoga and the flowing of Tai Chi and the strength of Pilates
all come with pop music. Let relax your body in every inhale and exhale, and
fulfill your mind through the spiritual experience. It’s amazing.
After balance class and for balancing, time
to sweat, when taking aerobic or dancing class, you have to listen to
instructions, watch demonstrations, and move your body all at the same time, meanwhile
still have to make time to take a breath or you will die. Sweat like a pig,
feel tired and almost died, but how much sweat drop down just like how much fat
drop out, so when accomplished the course, feel like reborn. Then for releasing
tired muscle the good way is going to swimming pool or hot tub. By the way, I
also play badminton once a week. Every time when I finished workout, I feel easy,
free and happy, Even in winter time, the chilly wind for me is so fresh, I
dance with whistle on my way home, wow~ What a wonderful day~
After one and half years workout continently,
cannot believe it, I got a perfect checkup report of health examination, that’s
a big proud in my personal life, because the index of my body’s age was 28 in
my 40s, couldn’t be better than this. Of course I also got muscle firm and fit.
All my efforts got a very good feedback. And I keeping workout until 2 years
ago, because of my job relocate and got a car accident, also the age issue I am
medium size already, but never mind, this time back on the road to workout, my priority
goal is to recover from my injury, then I do weight training to build muscle for
supporting knees and joints. Keep healthy first.
During workout in these years I learned a
lots, beside of the physical and mental benefit, I realize how important is perseverance
and persistence. Just a little bit insistence in every day, every time, every
move, and the goal is approaching you gradually, that’s
so true. Finally, after listening my road to workout, Are you ready to get on your
road to workout ~ come on, let’s go!
